Sky Anytime TV is a Push Video on Demand service provided by Sky.

Find a selection of top TV programmes and even some hidden gems ready for you to watch on your Sky+ HD box when you want. You will find that content ranges from the latest episode from top series to this weeks top movie premieres.

A lot of the content on Sky Anytime TV is also in High Definition where available. Sky also adds their own synopsis to each programme, giving you a different view on what the programme is about.

Each programme is available until a set date, which is clearly displayed on the main list of content that you can watch.

What is Push Video On Demand?

Push Video On Demand is the term used to describe a service where content is sent to your Sky+ HD box and stored, so that you watch it at a time which suits you. This is different to Pull Video On Demand that other service providers can provide, which is where you request content and it is provided on demand from a server.

Sky Anytime TV does not download content depending on your Sky TV subscription, but downloads the same content to all Sky+ HD boxes. This means that if you do not subscribe to Sky Movies, you will be unable to view the movies, but they will still be downloaded to your box.
