National Geographic Wild HD is a dedicated high definition channel from a joint venture between National Geographic Television & Film and Fox Entertainment Group.

How to watch National Geographic Wild HD

National Geographic Wild HD is a subscription channel, which means that it is encrypted and is only available on a Sky HD box with a viewing card that has the HD Pack enabled. National Geographic Wild HD is included in the HD Pack (currently charged at £10 per month) when you also subscribe to the Knowledge Pack.

You will find National Geographic Wild HD on Sky Guide Channel 528.

History of National Geographic Wild HD

National Geographic Wild HD launched on Sky HD on 1st April 2009.

Around the 5th October 2010, National Geographic Channel Wild HD was changed to require a subscription to the HD Pack and the Knowledge Pack.

On the 1st February 2011, National Geographic Channel Wild HD moved to channel 528 from 544 as part of the HD Swap
