Eden HD

Eden HD is a high definition simulcast channel from UKTV.

Eden HD broadcasts the same schedule as the standard definition channel, Eden. Content is broadcast in high definition where available, or is upscaled where it is not available in high definition.

Broadcasting at a higher bitrate, the picture quality of even upscaled content is improved when compared to the standard definition channel.

How to watch Eden HD

Eden HD is a subscription channel, which means that it is encrypted and is only available on a Sky HD box with a viewing card that has the HD Pack enabled. Eden HD is included in the HD Pack (currently charged at £10 per month) when you also subscribe to the Entertainment Pack.

You will find Eden HD on Sky Guide Channel 532.

History of Eden HD

Eden HD launched on 4th October 2010.

Around the 5th October 2010, Eden HD was changed to require a subscription to the HD Pack and the Knowledge Pack.

On the 1st February 2011, Eden HD moved to channel 532 from 559 as part of the HD Swap
