E4 HD
E4 HD is a high definition simulcast channel from E4.E4 HD broadcasts the same schedule as the standard definition channel, E4. Content is broadcast in high definition where available, or is upscaled where it is not available in high definition.
Broadcasting at a higher bitrate, the picture quality of even upscaled content is improved when compared to the standard definition channel.
How to watch E4 HD
E4 HD is a subscription channel, which means that it is encrypted and is only available on a Sky HD box with a viewing card that has the HD Pack enabled. E4 HD is included as a bonus channel when you subscribe to the HD Pack (currently charged at £10 per month).You will find E4 HD on Sky Guide Channel 136.
History of E4 HD
E4 HD launched on 14th December 2009.On the 1st February 2011, E4 HD moved to channel 136 from 215 as part of the HD Swap
